lova

lova, ist ein Kleiderbügel aus ausschließlich recyceltem Kunststoff und ein Blickfang in Garderobe und an offener Kleiderstange. lova [˅loːva] ist schwedisch und bedeutet "das Versprechen". Außerdem ist eine Kombination aus den Namen "Olivia" und "Lotte".

lova, is a clothes hanger made exclusively from recycled plastic and an eye-catcher in the wardrobe and on a clothes rail. lova [˅loːva] is swedish and means "the promise". Also it is a combination of the names "Olivia" and "Lotte".

Mit "lova" wollen wir einem vermeintlichen Abfallprdukt eine neue Wertigkeit geben. So benutzen wir für unseren Bügel recyceltes HDPE, dass wir zum Beispiel aus Flaschendeckeln gewinnen konnten. HDPE eignet sich für unser Projekt besonders gut, da es in großen Mengen zugänglich ist, einen niedrigen Schmelzgrad besitzt und eine hohe Formstabilität garantiert.

With "lova" we want to give a reputed waste product a new value. We use recycled HDPE for our hanger, which we were able to obtain mainly from bottle caps. HDPE is suitable for our project because it is available in large quantities, has a low melting degree and guarantees high stability.

Modellbau

Modelling

Für den Modellbau haben wir mit Bügelperlen gearbeitet, diese sind ebenfalls aus HDPE und waren in großen Mengen für uns verfügbar. Außerdem war hier eine große Farbauswahl möglich.

For the modelling of the hanger we worked with ironing beads, these are also made of HDPE and were available in large quantities. There was also a wide range of colors to choose from.

Kein Verschnitt

Sowohl der Schenkel als auch der Haken des Bügels wurden so konzipiert, dass sie mit möglichst wenig Verschnitt aus Plattenware gefräst werden können. Verschnitt, der entsteht, kann einfach wieder eingeschmolzen werden. Durch die Einkerbungen und die Stabilität des Materials trägt er alles von Spaghetti-Tops bis Winterjacken.

Both the leg and the hook of the hanger were designed that they can be milled from sheet material with as little waste as possible. Any offcuts can simply be melted again. Due to the notches and the stability of the material, he wears everything from spaghetti tops to winter jackets.

"lova" ist ein Kleiderbügel, welcher aufklären soll, gleichzeitig aber auch aussagt. Jeder Bügel ist ein Unikat. Die Verpackung ist auf recyceltem geschöpften Papier gedruckt. Mittels unserer Farbanalyse kannst du selbst entscheiden, welcher Bügel am besten zu dir passt. Alle nötigen Informationen über Material und Herstellung sowie die Farbidentifikation findest du an der kleinen angehängten Verpackung am Bügel.

"lova" is a coat hanger that is intended to enlighten, but at the same time makes a statement. Each hanger is unique. The packaging is printed on recycled paper. Using our color analysis, you can decide which hanger suits you best. All the necessary information about the material and manufacture as well as the color identification can be found on the small packaging attached to the hanger.
